Original Levere Challenge Donor – Jonathan R. “Jake” Crossley ’48

Jonathan (Jake) Crossley ’48 has been one of SAE’s strongest supporters, and his dedication to New York Alpha continues. After entering Cornell with the class of 1947, Jake got bumped to the class of 1948 after serving in the U.S. Army. He earned his BA degree from the College of Arts & Sciences.

After a stint in law school, Jake went into the appraisal field and has worked with real estate, machinery, and other diverse assets. He has now retired from his own firm, Crossley Appraisal Services. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the premier professional accreditation organization in the field.

We welcome Jake as a Levere Challenge Donor. His gift to Cornell and SAE? What else but real estate.

Jake and his wife, Katherine (Kerry) Crossley, are active in the Cornell Club of Seattle and can be found at 1064 E. Howe St., Seattle, WA 98102 (206-328-1460).
