7 PM – Gather at Hillcrest to welcome new brothers, along with visitors from SAE National; we will be having a “Pass the Gavel” roundtable, where we will all talk a bit about what SAE has meant to each of us
Saturday, 14-Oct
4 PM – Formal initiation ceremony; this will take place on-campus (location to be confirmed); all initiated alums should plan to attend; we have several initiation roles available for alums, please contact Dave Martin @ david.charles.martin@gmail.com if you would be interested in taking a role in the initiation….if so, there will be a practice that starts at 2 PM at the same location
6 PM – Reception at Hillcrest
6:30 PM – Dinner & re-chartering program at Hillcrest (see below, please confirm attendance); dinner attire is coat & tie, and please remember to wear your pin!
We will also set up some less formal alumni events……Friday dinner before “pass the gavel” and Saturday morning golf, for those who are interested.
